Best Amazon Prime Day Deals 2026: Cheap Phones, Tablets, and Accessories

Updated

Amazon Prime Day 2026 runs June 23 through June 26, four days of Prime-only discounts on phones, tablets, and accessories. The deals are live, with up to $350 off the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra and $250 off the Google Pixel 10 Pro leading the pack. If you've been sitting on an upgrade, this is the cheapest week of the summer to pull the trigger.

We're updating this page as deals go live and sell out, so bookmark it and check back before you buy. No need to dig through a dozen sites for the handful actually worth your time.

This year, Amazon moved Prime Day up from its usual July slot. June 23 to 26 is the earliest the summer sale has run since 2021, so the deals are landing weeks earlier than most shoppers expect.

Is Prime Day a good time to buy a phone?

Amazon Prime Day is one of the best times of the year to buy an unlocked phone, a tablet, or accessories. Amazon discounts the hardware it sells directly, so the steepest cuts land on Android phones, prior-generation models, and accessories. In past years, unlocked Samsung and Google phones fell by hundreds of dollars, and wireless earbuds dropped 30% to 50%.

The newest iPhone is the exception. Apple almost never lets current iPhones go on sale through Amazon, so a carrier trade-in deal will beat anything you find here for the iPhone 17. For everything else, Prime Day is the cheaper way in.

Best iPhone
Prime Day Deals

Don't expect discounts on new iPhones this Prime Day. Apple keeps its current lineup at full price on Amazon, so there are no real deals on the iPhone 17, 17 Pro, or iPhone Air. Where the savings actually live is Amazon's Renewed stock—inspected, like-new units of older models with a verified battery. Right now, that means hundreds off the iPhone 16 and iPhone 16 Pro. For a deal on a new iPhone, a carrier trade-in is still the better route. We're updating this section as deals land and sell out, so check back daily through June 26.

$420 off Apple iPhone 16 (Renewed)

Amazon doesn't discount new iPhones, but its Renewed stock is where the savings hide. The 512GB iPhone 16 is down to around $679 at Amazon, about $420 off the original list price. Renewed units are inspected and tested to look and work like new, with a battery at 80% capacity or better. You still get the A18 chip, the 6.1-inch OLED display, and USB-C—just at a fraction of new-phone money.

Apple iPhone 16

Up to $630 off Apple iPhone 16 Pro (Renewed)

For the Pro experience on a budget, Amazon's Renewed iPhone 16 Pro is the move. Pricing runs from about $300 off entry configurations up to roughly $630 off the 1TB model, which lands near $869. You get the ProMotion display, the A18 Pro chip, and the pro camera system, all on a like-new unit with a verified battery. It's the cheapest route into a Pro-tier iPhone this Prime Day.

Apple iPhone 16 Pro

Want a new iPhone 17 now? Go to a carrier

The iPhone 17 is Apple's current base model at $799 for 256GB, and Amazon holds it at full price. For real savings on a new iPhone 17, check out our iPhone deals page, with deals that take hundreds off the new iPhone.

Best Samsung
Prime Day Deals

Samsung's current flagships are already discounted as early Prime Day deals, led by the Galaxy S26 Ultra at its lowest price yet and the Galaxy Z Fold7 at hundreds off. Unlike Apple, Samsung lets its newest phones drop on Amazon, so these are real price cuts on new, unlocked units with a full warranty, no trade-in required. Prices below are current as of today and moving fast, so confirm before you buy.

$200 off Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra

The Galaxy S26 Ultra is Samsung's top phone, and it's down to $1,099 at Amazon, $200 off the $1,299.99 list price. That's the lowest price on the 256GB model since launch, with no trade-in required. You get the 6.9-inch display, the 200MP main camera, the built-in S Pen, and the largest battery in the S26 line. If you want the best Android phone Samsung makes, this is the one to beat. The black colorway has dipped to around $1,079, depending on stock.

Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra

$466 off Samsung Galaxy Z Fold7

The Galaxy Z Fold7 is Samsung's flagship foldable, and the 256GB model is $466 off at Amazon, about 23%, which drops it under $1,540 from its $1,999.99 list price. It's the biggest dollar discount in Samsung's early Prime Day lineup. The Fold opens into a tablet-sized screen for multitasking, reading, and split-screen video, then folds back to a phone you can pocket. It's still a premium price, but this is the deepest cut we've seen on the current Fold.

Samsung Galaxy Z Fold7

Best Pixel
Prime Day Deals

Google's Pixel 10 lineup is already discounted as early Prime Day deals, with the Pixel 10 Pro $250 off and the standard Pixel 10 down to under $600. These are new, unlocked phones at real cuts, no trade-in required. Prices are current as of today and shifting daily, so confirm before you buy.

Up to $300 off Google Pixel 10

The standard Pixel 10 starts at $799, and it's up to $300 off during early Prime Day, which drops it under $600. It runs the same Tensor G5 chip as the Pro, with a 6.3-inch display and the same seven-year update promise. It's the Pixel to buy if you want Google's hardware and AI features without paying flagship money.

Google Pixel 10

$250 off Google Pixel 10 Pro

The Pixel 10 Pro is Google's compact flagship, and the 128GB model is $749 at Amazon, $250 off the $999 list price. The 256GB version runs $849. You get the Tensor G5 chip, a triple-rear-camera setup with Google's computational photography, a 6.3-inch display, and 7 years of OS updates. If you want the best Pixel without having to size up to XL, this is the one.

Google Pixel 10 Pro

The best Pixel deal isn't on Amazon—it's at Mint Mobile

Mint Mobile is taking $300 off the Google Pixel 10 when you buy it with 12 months of Mint's Unlimited plan. No Prime membership required, and the offer is good for up to 4 phones per order.

The Pixel 10 normally runs $799, so $300 off drops it to $499. Add the $180 you pay upfront for a year of Unlimited at $15/month, and you're at roughly $679 for a current flagship plus a full year of premium wireless. You'll need to port your number in from an eligible carrier and pay the year upfront to qualify.

Best Accessory
Prime Day Deals

The standout early Prime Day accessory deals are the Apple AirPods Pro 3 at a record-low $169 and the AirPods 4 at $99. Accessories see the deepest percentage cuts of any Prime Day category, and these are live now at or near all-time lows.

$80 off Apple AirPods Pro 3

The AirPods Pro 3 are down to $169 at Amazon, $80 off the $249 list price, and the lowest they've sold for. You get active noise cancellation, USB-C charging, and Apple's latest fit and audio upgrades. If you live in the Apple ecosystem and want the best earbuds Apple makes, this is the pick of the sale.

Apple AirPods Pro 3

$30 off Apple AirPods 4

The AirPods 4 are down to $99 at Amazon, $30 off their $129 price. They bring the open-ear design, the H2 chip, and USB-C charging, without the silicone tips of the Pro. For everyday listening and budget calls, they're the easy pick.

Apple AirPods 4

$50 off Apple AirPods Max 2

The AirPods Max 2 are down to $499 at Amazon, $50 off the $549 list price, and an all-time low. They're Apple's latest flagship over-ears, with 24-bit lossless audio over USB-C, active noise cancellation, Live Translation, and Spatial Audio. For a headphone released just months ago, this is the first real discount, and deal trackers don't expect Prime Day to beat it by much.

When is Prime Day 2026, and what to expect

Amazon Prime Day 2026 runs June 23 through June 26, a four-day event open only to Prime members. Amazon moved it earlier than usual this year, the first June Prime Day since 2021. Early deals are already live and run through the event, so you don't have to wait until the 23rd to start saving.

Detail What to know
Event dates June 23 to June 26, 2026 (four days)
Early deals Live now through June 26
Who can shop Prime members only

Weakest phone deals New iPhones, which Amazon rarely discounts

What to expect by category

Based on the deals already live and how past Prime Day events have played out, here's where the savings are landing in 2026. Treat these as guides, not guarantees, since prices can change throughout the event.

Category Typical early Prime Day discount Live examples
Flagship Android phones $200 to $350 off Galaxy S26 Ultra, Pixel 10 Pro
Foldables Up to $700 off Galaxy Z Fold7
Budget phones $50 to $100 off, roughly 10% to 20% Galaxy A37, Moto G Stylus

The pattern is straightforward. Accessories and budget devices move fast and sell out, so grab those early. Flagship Android discounts tend to hold steady or improve throughout the event, so there's less of a rush. And if you want a new iPhone, don't wait on Amazon—check a carrier trade-in deal instead.

Prime Day vs. Memorial Day: Which is better for phones?

For unlocked phones and accessories, Prime Day wins. For a new flagship through a carrier, Memorial Day wins. The two sales serve different buyers, so the better one depends on how you want to buy.

Amazon Prime Day is built around the hardware Amazon sells, such as unlocked Android phones, tablets, and accessories, often with the steepest percentage discounts of the year. The trade-off is that the best prices require a Prime membership, and new iPhones almost never drop in price.

Memorial Day is the holiday for the carriers. Verizon, AT&T, and T-Mobile use it to push their most aggressive trade-in and new-line promotions, with credits that can reach $800 or more on a flagship like the iPhone 17 or Galaxy S26. Those deals are open to everyone, no membership needed, but most require a new line or an eligible trade-in.

Prime Day Memorial Day
Best for Unlocked phones, tablets, and accessories Carrier flagship deals
Typical savings 30% to 50% off accessories, hundreds off unlocked Android Up to $800+ in trade-in credit
Requirement Prime membership New line or trade-in, varies by deal

Best Cell
Phone Plans

Prime Day is a great time to buy a phone outright, and pairing an unlocked phone with a low-cost carrier is how you keep saving after the sale ends. An unlocked Galaxy or Pixel works on any major network, so you can drop it onto a cheap plan and cut your monthly bill for good.

One of our favorite plans right now is Mint Mobile's Unlimited plan, which runs on T-Mobile's nationwide 5G network. New customers can get unlimited premium data starting at $15/month for the first three months, then $40/month after. For reliable coverage at a fraction of what the big carriers charge, it's the one we recommend.

We're also fans of Visible's $35 Visible+ plan, which runs on Verizon's network and includes unlimited premium data and unlimited hotspot for $35/month, taxes and fees included. We tested Visible for a full month and found the service fast and reliable.

Prime Day deals: FAQ

When is Amazon Prime Day 2026?

Amazon Prime Day 2026 runs June 23 through June 26, a four-day event. Amazon moved it up from its usual July slot this year, the first June Prime Day since 2021. Early deals are already live and run through the main event.

Do you need a Prime membership to shop on Prime Day?

Prime Day deals are exclusive to Amazon Prime members, so you do need a membership to get them. If you're not a member, Amazon offers a free trial that unlocks the deals, which you can cancel before it renews. Without one, most Prime Day prices won't be available to you.

Is Prime Day or Memorial Day better for phone deals?

Memorial Day is better for carrier flagship deals, and Prime Day is better for unlocked phones and accessories. Carriers run their deepest trade-in promotions around Memorial Day, with credits of up to $800 on phones like the iPhone 17 and Galaxy S26. Prime Day focuses on unlocked Android phones, tablets, and accessories at steep percentage discounts.

Are there iPhone deals on Prime Day?

Current iPhones rarely go on sale during Prime Day, since Apple keeps its latest models at full price on Amazon. The iPhone deals you will find are usually on the budget iPhone 16e or on refurbished older models like the iPhone 16 Pro. For a discount on a new iPhone 17, a carrier trade-in is the better route.

What are the best early Prime Day phone deals right now?

The strongest live early Prime Day phone deals are on the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra, the Galaxy Z Fold7, and the Google Pixel 10 Pro. The Galaxy S26 Ultra is down to around $1,099, the Z Fold7 is hundreds off, and the Pixel 10 Pro is $250 off. All three are new, unlocked, and discounted ahead of the main event.

Are Prime Day accessory deals worth it?

Prime Day accessory deals are some of the deepest discounts of the whole sale, often 30 to 50% off, which makes them well worth a look. Wireless earbuds, chargers, and cases regularly hit record-low prices. During the early sale, the AirPods Pro 3 dropped to $169 and the AirPods 4 to $99. Accessories sell out faster than phones, so buy early.

When do the early Prime Day deals end?

Early Prime Day deals run through the main event, which ends June 26. Some sell out before then, and prices shift daily, so it pays to check back. We update this page as deals go live and expire.
