Service Refill Options

Refill your service plan every 30 days to keep your phone active online or at a participating Wal-Mart store. You can enroll in Auto-Refill to automatically refill your service plan on the end date and save 5% on your refill.

If you run out of data before the end of your service plan, you can add the $10 Add On to any plan. It gives you 5GB of Data that does not expire as long as you keep your service active.

Total Wireless is a Tracfone cell phone service that offers unlimited talk, text and data plans to their customers, all while being supported by the largest network provider in the US. Total Wireless allows customers to bring their own devices while also selling customers their own branded phones. Total Wireless offers simple monthly service plans with talk and text only, up to high speed data packages designed to support even the heaviest mobile users.

Total Wireless provides several service plans which include single line plans as well as shared data plans for multiple line use. All Total Wireless plans will include unlimited talk and text for the duration of the billing cycle. Customers who are wishing to bring their own devices to Total Wireless must have an unlocked CDMA compatible phone. The phone must be paid in full with the original carrier and must be unlocked. Customers who do not have a compatible phone of their own will need to purchase a new phone through Total Wireless.

Customers wishing to purchase a phone through Total Wireless will have several top brand options to choose from. Total Wireless offers inexpensive as well as high-end smartphones from companies like Samsung, LG and Motorola. Each phone must be purchased outright from Total Wireless since they do not offer phones on monthly installments.  

Customers can refill their service plan every 30 days by topping up online or at participating WalMart retailers. Customer can also enroll in Auto-Refill which automatically refills the service plan at the end of each billing cycle. Total Wireless includes no long distance charges, free voicemail, account access, and no roaming charges. Customers switching to Total Wireless will have the option to keep their current mobile phone number or have Total Wireless issue them a new number.
